Eye infection or sinus infection?!

Do you see any infection inside the beak or choanal slit (roof of mouth/beak)?

No I’ve checked several times. Inside of her mouth looks normal. I was able to get some pus out of the bump last night but not all of it. I may have to lance it eventually but she gets really irritated and I have to give several breaks from pushing on it. Nothing comes out of her nostril either.

Is vet care an option?

If not all the pus is coming out, then that's why it's still not healing up. Chicken pus won't dry up on its own.
