Eye infection, yellow mass?

Good job! I just ordered a couple curettes (got the idea off another thread) in case I ever have to do this.

That’s a great idea. I’m going to make that purchase too. Anything to make the process easier for me and the bird.

I have had that to happen, tylan and time healed it. I did have one rooster that lost that eye, but I had a delay in getting him on the tylan. The other few healed fine. I am not going to take a chicken to the vet so no problem there.

I did take 3 for a necropsy because I had about 1000 more at the time and they started dying----that's the only time I seen a Vet.

What did the necropsy say? I had a few come down with the pus plugged eyes before but cant afford a necropsy on any.
