Eye infection?

Help! Any idea what this is or how to treat him? Do I need to separate him from the rest of the flock? I have vetrx, nutridrench, and oflaxacin drops here.

It could be signs of a chronic respiratory disease, such as MG. There is pinkeye (conjunctivitis,) and foam in the eye, and it looks like there is some crusting around the eye. Symptoms may be treated with certain antibiotics, such as Tylosin, oxytetracycline, or Enrofloxacin. Have you added any chickens recently to your flock? Here is a good article about MG:

He's actually the new one to the flock (as many people are getting rid of straight run turned cockerel right now), but we've had him almost 3 weeks with no issues.
