Eye infection?

I have 3 Russian chickens. The male had some bubbles in his eyes earlier this week. We couldn’t find him last night then today, his eyes are crusted over. Any info would help we loves these guys!

Do an on site search of Fowl Pox. That may be what is happening here. I would apply warm, wet compresses to his eyes/face and once softened/cleaned I would apply ophthalmic ointment.
 
Terramycin eye ointment if available at your feed store is good, and if not use some plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic Ointment twice a day after cleaning the eyes. His ear looks a bit gunky as well, and the ointment would be good there as well. Fowl pox creates a good environment for secondary infections in the eye. Is he being pecked by others? Make sure that he can see out of his eyes, or you may want to help him eat and drink a couple of times a day. They usually get over pox in a month. Here is some reading about fowl pox:
