It’s a wood fence but it’s a little beat up. I’m sure there are some pokeys and rough edges. Is the fence sharp?
I wonder if she is closing the good one due to pain? Can she open and close the injured one?Update: she is up and moving about this afternoon. I hand fed her some warm rice and yogurt this morning. I also dropped some water on her beak and got her to swallow a few teaspoons. Her injured eye looks much better but she still isn’t opening the other one. I still can’t find anything wrong with it!
Yes she is opening/closing the injured one fine. I’ve pulled down the eyelid on the other and checked to see if maybe something is in there. It looks fine. No redness or discharge. I can’t figure it out. The last pic is her injured eye today (don’t mind the piece of straw, I picked it off after the pic.)I wonder if she is closing the good one due to pain? Can she open and close the injured one?
I didn’t get the terramyicin, my local feed store was out. I will try a saline rinse though. Thanks!Did you get the terramyicin? Or maybe just try a saline rinse.
