Eye injury or disease?

One of my 2 year old girls wasn't acting herself this morning. Didn't want to leave the coop and pooped pure liquid when she did get up. She's eating but slowly (though inhaled some meal worms when I put them out). Definitely moving around slower. I noticed her eye looks weird but doesn't match any photos I've seen of Marek or other diseases. I did have a broody chicken going crazy yesterday so it could be an inquiry.

I've given her some electrolytes and vitamins and some VetX and separated her out.

Does anyone recognize this kind of eye issue? Worms? Physical damage? Marek’s?

Thanks! That was my thought too (old injury). The eye may be unrelated but I just noticed it as I was scrutinizing her for being a little slower than usual.

She has diarrhea with no blood, but this morning I noticed blood around her vent. I treated for coccidiosis just in case (though shes a bit old at 18 months) and added a probiotic and electrolytes to all the chickens water. She's eating fine today and seems a bit better, but still acting a little slow.
