Eye injury Please help

I have a new hen that was most likely pecked by one of the older hens and she has an eye injury, half of her face is swollen and I'm not sure what to do please help, I am open to any suggestions. And yes her beak was cut off when she was little, I didn't do that to her and I wouldn't do that to any of my hens.
