EYE INJURY please help

last night my cat scratched my hen and there was blood in her eyes I couldnt tell were the blood came from but it didnt bleed for long and I kinda look like it came from that part of her eye but on the inside part this is not my chickens eye just needed to show where the might be

shes acting normal eating and drinking running around but she isn't opening the eye as much as the other and hthe top of her head on the side she was scratched is swollen what can I do to help her?

Put Terramycin eye ointment in her eye twice a day until healed. Just a sliver is all that is needed and it will melt in the eye.
