Eye problem

I have a chick with a watery, yucky eye. I keep wiping it clean, but after a while the eye gets stuck shut again. Are there any drops etc that I can buy??

Is there any swelling? One eye or both? If it is just one and you think it might be an infection you can get terramycin ointment, it works really well.
