Eye won't open!

I have a hen that has one eye that wont open. the eye looks normal, not puffy or goopy or red or anything. I can open the eye with my finger, but she keeps it closed. She seems normal otherwise, maybe a little lethargic but that might be because she can't see too well... any ideas?

No one ever responded to my thread, but she is much better today and almost back to normal, so I'm guessing her eye may have been pecked. Is your hen doing any better today? Is she eating and drinking?

Yeah so later that day I went out and fed her some scratch and she ate fine, and was drinking...later in the evening she seemed to be opening her eye but then closing it again. By morning she seemed to be back to normal! I think it must have gotten scratched or something and it just hurt to open it? I also think she was acting so weird just because she couldn't see that well...I think if one eye goes out it might be difficult for them to move around given the placement of the eyes? I' no chicken expert!
