eyelid bumps

I've searched and searched. It looks like her outer eyelids are slowly growing shut. No discharge, no other symptoms at all. She's about 2 yrs old. I haven't tried anything on it.

Does it look at all like this? It's hard to see in the picture because her eyes are swollen, but she has bumps on her eyelids.

Larger and eyelid colored-pale yellow. Kinda like a wart. no bubbles.

Clean the eye with sterile saline, then apply reg neosporin to and around eye. If it continues to happen it may be an oncoming respiratory infection.
