So i gave her the sugar water and she drank a bit of it, when do you think she will start to perk up more?

Give her about an hour or two, every now and then trying to get her to drink a little more. Hopefully by then she'll be feeling a bit better. When did you get her?

Can you get some more photos of the eyes?

If they are crusty, try gently rinsing them with saline. A warm compress may also be needed to help loosen them apart.
See if there's pus in the eyes and let us know.

I agree with Wyorp Rock. If she isn't already, I would also quarantine her from the others

I already quarried her and 2 others who have the same thing.
