eyes not open

doesnt look like his eyes are open??? is this normal?? will they open

We need more info. How old is the bird, did you hatch it yourself, and where you are keeping it would be a start.

If you hatched it yourself, they should be opening their eyes. I've seen eyes looking at me while still squished into the egg. If you got them as chicks and don't want to open their eyes, are they cold?
