Fern decided to take her chicks to go visit Eerie.
She gathered them up and walked out of the burrow. She passed Sparrow’s on the way, and could have sworn she saw her yellow-orange eyes glaring out at her.
She hurried past, ducking into Eerie’s burrow.

Sparrow stared disgustingly out of her burrow, Duck was whimpering behind her, she could hear Mouse trying to comfort him. Sparrow stood and announced that she was going out for a walk and left them.

Ruby finished doing her egg call and nuzzled Percy. She sat down where she was in spread herself out in the sun.
