Fang passed out in shock, and some of the red pebbles fell onto her neck, making it look like her throat had been clawed out.

"Okay. I'll lead you to where she was." She told Snowberry in a quieter, calmer voice.

"I laid a tiny egg." She rolled it over to Percy so that he could see it. "Is that fine?" She asked with a worried tone.

"Oh, um, I-I'm not sure. I don't lay eggs," Percy swallowed hard trying not to show how worried he was. "I'll go get Eerie," he told her, before quickly nuzzling her and flying out of the burrow. He needed to find Eerie, and fast.
