1 of my asil chicks has bubbles in the corner of its eyes but no discharge do you
Know what this is the chick seems healthy

Probably some sort of respiratory infection. Mycoplasma Gallisepticum I thing it's called. You probably should separate it so it doesn't spread to the others. @Eggcessive can help you.
 
Bubbles in eyes is a symptom of mycoplasma gallisepticum or MG, especially if there is some swelling around the eye, and other symptoms, such as nasal drainage or sneezing. Antibiotics such as tylosin, denagard, doxycycline, and oxytetracycline are some of the antibiotics that your vet can prescribe for it. Since you are in the UK, you won’t be able to get antibiotics without a vet. Here is some reading about MG symptoms:

My chick is 20 wk old but has no coughing or nasal discharge and has been like this since birth
