EZ Plucker

We are looking into a plucker and this thread has been incredibly helpful. I am thinking about buying the EZ plucker 155. The $655 pricetag is pretty steep but we plan to do close to 800 birds this year and I cannot even begin to imagine plucking them all by hand like we did with our small batch last year.

I agree 100% with this. I made a drill plucker and while it only does 1 bird at a time, it does an immaculate job. I process probably 100 birds a year and find the plucker perfect for my needs.

We had several delays in our processing, but when we finally were able to use our ezplucker ez131 , it worked perfectly. I would have left you a perfect 5 stars and will be glad to offer recommendations. Very well made and works wonderfully. We were able to process all of our chickens in a very short time (with my teenager trying her hand at this for the first time ever), smoothly and easily. My only complaint would be the protective covering on the stainless was/is kind of a pain, but that is simply cosmetic and not the least bit affecting its function. Thank you for making my work SO much easier!

They did have a cheaper one EZ-98 for $485 and it also work very good .. my brother bought one after he used my EZ-131
