The Cockatrice sneezed; the tail had tickled his nostrils. He watched as G'neva took it down.

The shape squirmed free and darted down a hole.

G'nevia spat more water at it and attempted to freeze it into a block. Unfortunatley, she missed it.

G'nevia was blown back by a stream of air.

The Cockatrice became bored; chasing something that you can't catch was no fun to him. He then messed with his powers. He roared, which sounded more like the squeak of a dog toy at this age, and several insects froze in mid-air, turning to stone and falling to the ground.

 

[Zinnia-Hen]

"Almost----had--it," G'nevia huffed and puffed as she slammed down on the ground to rest.

The eyes watched the insects fall.

He smiled playfully at the eyes, happy to see more than just a blur; actual eyes. He took a step forward.
