Adonia walked to the very edge of the cliff, her mane of rufous-streaked feathers raised high in a glorious crown. "Warriors," she called, clearing her throat, "I bring you her tonight for an important order," she began with a pause, taking a brief look around to make sure everyone was there. Cyrus's usual goofy grin had diminished and been replaced with a much more serious expression.

"New moon has passed, and one of my mentors, Milo, was not here; therefore we were unable to hold the warrior ceremony. Thalassa and Chara are to be added to our armies once he returns." her eyes narrowed, "And this is where I need you. Knowing full well that he was given a human Legacy before his disappearance, we must search within nearby human territories for him."

Her expectant, stoic gaze passed slowly over each. "I will be giving each of the warriors I select a human Legacy that will last until midnight, and if you cannot find him within that time frame, you are to come back and have your temporary Legacy replenished once more. The search begins tomorrow morning and ends in one week."

"Any questions?"

"Oh?" Adonia called, and all of the soldiers' gazes fell curiously on her. "And why was I not told?"

"I assumed you already knew..." She said, anger at him flaring in her eyes "I would have stopped him!"

"And you didn't because why?" she asked, her usual 'not impressed' expression still undismayed, her stoic gaze unchanging except for cocking a brow.

"Because I assumed you already knew" She repeated "He said he wanted to find out how humans worked, how they lived, to learn about them"

"With such a silent departing and my other soldiers not knowing anything of it, there was little way of my knowing. Next time a similar incidence of such great worth occurs I would appreciate it greatly if you had said something." she breathed a sigh, "Moving onward; I appreciate his desire to learn but he does not realize the responsibilities that he has left. I would give him an assignment to learn about the humanslike I did with Sekhmet, but he did not ask of my authorization."

She narrowed her gaze, "Did he say he had intentions of ever coming back?"
