Fab hen is sick

Thank you. It makes sense. Im think it would be kinder to euthanise her, I'll miss her sooo much. Sleeping on my knee here, she seems content.I'm just so sad Thank you again. .
I know how difficult this is, lots of us do, we have all been where you are now. Its tough to let our babies go. :hugs
 
Sorry about your hen, but it does sound like she is suffering from a reproductive disorder. Are her eyes the same color and pupils the same? I just noticed that her left pupil appears very tiny, and does not look round in the pictures? It is difficult to know if it was the picture or if her eye could be a sign of ocular Mareks. We said goodbye. The local hen lady said she'd never recover, so thin, and had a 'heavy belly'.
I miss her, but know it was the right thing.
