Fable has dry pox. Vet says "Good luck have fun". What are my options?

I love the poof!!!

I think that's half the reason I got chickens, so I could pet some soft birds. I wish mine were half as interested in being petted and cuddled as I am in doing those things!

Gotta get the right kind I guess. Fable is kind and sweet, and she lets me pick her up and she's very tolerant, but she does not seek me for attention or companionship.

These little cuties, on the other hand..... Velcro chickens.

She is lovely 😁 I would love some faverolles. Do they lay well?

She is a bantam faverolles, and I'm not sure how different they are from their standard size counterparts. She lays one extremely round egg that my husband and I affectionately refer to as "forbs" (fable orbs) sort of every day but not really. Like, she'll do 3 in a row and then skip a day, or one on one off, it's hard to tell when I'm gonna get a forb that day.

Agreed with all others posting the case is very, very mild. Hopefully it clears very soon. I was going to say though, the vet was a bit callous if that's what was said. I think I'd personally find a new vet if they aren't giving any advice whatsoever and are that mean about it, especially when it's clear you absolutely adore your birds. They're obviously spoiled and beautiful!

When does fowl pox clear up? Fable still has white nodules on her face. They keep getting bigger but not going away. I posted this in August which means it's been six months, with no improvement.

Can you post some pictures of the nodules? Fowl pox scabs last around a month. It sounds like this may be something else.

That doesn’t look like pox to me. They may be healing old peck wounds or possibly favus. I would put a little coconut oil on her comb and rub it in a few times.

Here is a picture I tried to get very clear

If you look at my pictures from August and compare them, the white spots are in exactly the same places, just bigger
