Fable has dry pox. Vet says "Good luck have fun". What are my options?

That might be favus. You could try to wash them off with soap and water, and rub a bit. Miconazole or clotrimazole anti-fungal cream can be put on the comb as well.

I removed them. They aren't hard to pick off.

Here they are under my microscope

I'll watch the spots for them to scab up and start healing then I'll try anti fungal stuff.

She's molting really hard right now and has not appreciated handling. :( Just about all her breast back and tail feathers are gone and growing in new. The new feathers look healthy. I'm looking at my pictures and feeling things about the crusty on her right nostril. I looked down her mouth again and I don't see anything abnormal. She starts open mouth breathing when I hold her and I can't tell if it's from stress and discomfort or something else.

I had a pea comb rooster who occasionally would develop those little white beads in the nooks and crannies of his comb. I put clotrimazole on it when I remembered. It would disappear, and it came back on occasion, but never seemed to be that serious. It would also go away on it’s own.
