The new plow option is been long over due..... that's going to save a lot of time and might be able to get more users to actually plow your fields now. I've heard there was issues with getting people to plow fields.....they said they would but when they get done harvesting and you click on them to plow, they do 1 or 2 squares and then leave. I've had two friends have that happen to them so far. I don't usually go to the market and hire there since I have enough neighbors that are usually online to do the work. My fields are large so I don't even ask normally for my friends to plow for me...it's a pain and why would I put them through it, if I don't even like it?!!! But now that they have the new option, I'll probably start asking them if they're interested in plowing.

I looooove the new plow option! AND I love that you can now just click away on the planting too.. no more 'wait...I'm busy... I have to walk around the entire farm to get to the block one square away from where I was standing....'

Now if they can just get it to stop timing out .......
