Facebook is a 'social networking' site where you can post info and news about yourself, and any friends you have invited can see your posts and you can see theirs. It can be limited to only certain friends having access, or wide open with all the world being able to see your profile. I have mine pretty buttoned up, but even if someone gets into it, I'm careful what's there to see. I doubt if I'd be there at all if it werent for my nieces and nephews.
