For people with a lot of allergies and food sensitivities this is a good recipe for you. It's refined sugar free, dairy free and gluten free. If you make the fake cream (link to that recipe in blog post) along with the gluten free crust and pie it uses 8 eggs. The recipes uses spaghetti squash rather than pumpkin because the sugar content of spaghetti squash is much lower than pumpkin.
