Fan or not to fan

Hello to you all. I'm new to this Birds and Forums. I have one pressing question. I am incubating several bobwhite quail in a homemade incubator (copied from Rushlane). Seems to be working fine, am in the 16th day, but I'm wondering. When the eggs start hatching, do I turn off the fan or not.

Hi and welcome to BYC. I'd suggest asking on the quail forum - https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/quail.48/, but I'd imagine not, since most incubators do not have the facility to turn off the fan.
