I have a Sebright x Pekin x Citron project goin on.
I'm currently at fourth generation of the Sebright x Pekin cross.
This coming season I'm adding the Citron genes :)

(these three definitely sebright size but much darker than honk & grumpy)

(these two are much smaller than sebrights so may be used for a "mini" project)

Wow.... I just... wow. That first one and last ones are just incredible!

It's quite fun to see how the project "evolves" with each generations. I started with a specific type and goal and those have definitely changed. When you get an unexpected but interesting result you're like.. Ooooo.. I LIKE that.. I want to continue with that :) :)

Next step in the project is to get back to rose combs, keep the slate legs and mulberry faces, and see what comes.

Presently I have some babies coming through which are almost miniaturised in size.. so I might explore that as a side project too! If I can find room for another project LOL.

I can’t tell you how much I want one of those birds! They’re just stunning, gorgeous, perfect, amazing! I cant wait to see how they ‘evolve!’
