What you have there is a pair of Indian Fantail. Most of the time if both hen and cock tail are round and puffy you will have to trim the side of the tail of the cock and hen for the egg to be firtile. Faintail doesn't require too much space. There normally on the ground and could barely fly high because of the tail. As of feed hen scartch, laying pallet, straight wheat or milo, whole corn, pigeon grain and fresh water.
