Any tips on Pigeons/their care?

What are the dimensions of the coop, I’m guessing it’s about 4 feet wide?

They were all 8 foot boards and posts, a few of them in the back we had to cut about a foot or two off of in order to fit them in with the building/tree. Your idea of turning that all into nests sounds really good! I could either try that, or move the building out of that cage and build them their own buildings. Thank you!
