maybe you can talk your dad into charging them grocery store prices. then the friends arent spending any extra but you are getting something towards covering care costs.

Tried. He believes it's rude to charge his friends for eggs. We're selling them for $2.50.

Me, & my sister feeds, waters, & cleans the coops. My mom helps to clean the coop sometimes. My dad occasionally buys a bag of feed, but that's it.

Sometimes my dad will help with the waters, but not that often.
