I watched a ton of videos about leopard geckos and their morphs / breeding. Basically most of it is using a Punnett square. The hardest part is that no one (even reptile experts) can tell if the gecko in question is homozygous or heterozygous.
 
No, since he’s duckwing. I don’t think it’s necessary for you to breed your hen to a pencilled rooster, but it would provide an opportunity to see how close to pencilled she really is.
