Farm chatter

ooh taking suggestions!
"human"
okay I could move my order up to March 1st if I got only blues, no greens, 14 F and 11 straight run (25 min)
aha i read that as 25 minutes at first
get leghorns
and more than one male, so you have options if one is a jerk
yeyeeyee
@HappyDuckie do you have runners? I love them, but curious how they differ from other breeds. I know they are much smaller than other ducks so would it be to awkward to keep them with a larger breed? And I know they are bred as foragers so would it be a bad idea to keep them in a run?
i was almost going to tag Corbs as well... :hmm
Who has Siri set up? You can ask her to call you nickname instead of your name. My Siri calls me “Super Little High Heel Hubly Julie.” I also gave her an Australian accent 🤣
wait really? i never hear Siri calling 'me' anything
I would make them clal me 'human'
I think ive decided on:

I have one. Mine doesn’t have a problem at all, being smaller. She’s very similar in size with my buff. Also, mine stays in the run for a good part of the day- doesn’t have any problems. She does enjoy getting out to free range for a bit every day.

I love these chickens! Their personalities just scream teenage punk with supportive tough grandma! Unfortunately, tough grandma is in chicken jail for eating eggs then teaching everyone else to eat eggs.

I usually free range my girls once a day. I really love runners, so I’m glad to hear things work out for you!
