Didn't have time to clean out the nesting box.

Ugh, you know I really need to clean the coop. I’ll do it tomorrow. It gets dark so early here and the birds go to bed as soon as it’s just barely dark!

I had to monitor a couple cockerels, my EE with no name, & my Project Giant Silkie boy were brawling like Gamecocks.

They were bloodied when we got there, my project Giant silkie boy more then the other dude. Not sure how long they've been going at it.

Coop cleaning is always a pain.

Coop cleaning is always a pain.

It’s pretty quick for me, the only pain is because the trays are way to small for the amount of bedding I use, and when I pull them out they spill everywhere. I use a giant trash bag or two to put all of them in, and trash bags aren’t exactly durable, and sometimes it rips.

We have to use shovels to scrape the poop off the floors.

i need to scoop out the extra shavings from the coop so I can pull the trays out easily. I always forget though lol

We’re thinking of building the ducks one big pond outside of the run, but we can decide to connect the run to it or only give the, access to it when they free range (and have a small pool inside).

I think we should put in one big pool, and build a structure around it and connect it.

I think you should build them a pond that they have full access to.
