I'll agree with you on that one... although Cap isn't my favourite character in the entire MCU.

Scott Lang is good...but don't just watch Antman and skip the rest of the Marvel films, you muffin.

Star Lord is Peter Quill, the main character in GOTG. He's played by Chris Pratt.
