Most states have a law to vaccinate all your animals, cats, & dogs for rabies.

Yeah that’s what I thought and I think some have it for ferrets even which is odd since they don’t go outside haha

Yeah, I don’t know. I guess it’s just easier to make it for everybody since someone could just lie and say their cat was indoors if they had exceptions?
