What size bowtie should I get? Options are 3'', 4'', and 5''

I would go with the 4 or 5. I like the look of big Bowties. Then he'll be able to wear it for longer. Just be sure it'll fit his collar and not be too heavy.

I have a ton of outfit and accessory suggestions, plus plenty of tips on the best places to get them.

I've spent a ton of money on getting designer clothes for my dogs, but being fashionable doesn't have to be expensive. I don't know if you have a 5 below where you live but here they have lots of cute outfits for great prices.
Petco and petsmart have outfits of course, but they can sometimes be a bit pricey for what they sell. I get most of their everyday outfits there (like teeshits, pjs, and the bulk of their seasonal stuff). But to get them like two outfits each, which are usually about 15- 20 dollars, it adds up.
They often have a clearance section thiugh. It can sometimes be hard to find the right size but it's way cheaper than other stuff.
Usually it just out of season clothes.

Etsy has tons if cute stuff. I only buy their fancy special occasion stuff and things like Gucci, chanel, and Louis Vuitton stuff since the pet stores don't sell that. And the prices aren't worth it for casual wear.

For puppies I get lots of comfy and cute accessories that they can wear for a while. Plus some cheaper outfits from 5 below or similar stores.
But if you want him to get used to wearing outfits when he's older get him used to it now.
It'll also help him with getting used to anything like harnesses, vests, cones, etc.
I recommend things like soft tshirts and hoodies for puppies.
Just be sure to only have it on for short amounts of time and under supervision at first, especially with him being a puppy.

Sorry for such a long reply, I could talk about dig fashion for ages 🤣
I don't know if he's even going to be wearing outfits but I just thought I'd share some of my tips just incase 😉
