Unfortunately the back one is down but that also means the middle one that connects the front and back is also down, so they lost a lot of space. 1 pullet was squabbling with Moonflower and pushing her over which pushed the next pullet into the next pullet who started squabbling at that one. So I moved Moonflower but its probably the coldest spot because she immediately moved closer and snuggled into the pullet next to her.

Anyway I think my coop is built for GA summers so not sure if I had to mod it for winter. The roost bars used to be flat 2x4s on the back wall so they were sheltered by wood on three sides and that probably mitigated draft. But that also meant they pooped on the wall and the roost and the nesting boxes. And also wasnt enough space for the 6,000,000 birds I have now (less than 30 actually). So I thought this setup would be nicer but I didnt consider draft.
