I've heard that they are loud, and are good for predator awareness...
Can you keep them with chickens?

the ones at the farm aren't loud that I know of...
they need loads more space than chickens and I'd be worried about keeping them CONFINED together, but the ones at the farm go right up to the run and they haven't had any issues with diseases being carried or anything

Being confined is a problem.... my birds are confined to a coop and run during the winter due to a lot of snow.....
