Get well soon. I'm also recovering from 35 staples from bike accident. A mountain bike. Today is day 6. A week worth of antibiotics.

I don't own a horse. But I had went on a horse back ride once this past year. My boyfriend's saddle almost got loose. Horses are high up. Off the ground.

My horse is 16 hand thoroughbred. She’s large, especially since I’m a teen and am smaller, she’s even larger to me.

I’m right handed so I’m gonna have to learn how to use my left hand to write

Been there, twice! I gotta say it was easier to write with a pen than a pencil, because you don't have to push down as hard. It was also really hard to brush my teeth and (TMI) wipe my butt. Good luck!

Sorry I haven’t been on yesterday. My horse bucked my off and I had to get surgery in my arm. I’m In the hospital now.

I was bareback and got bucked off. I got a broke bone which also dislocated my elbow. It went through my muscle out the other side of my arm. I got surgery and stitches because the bone stuck out of the arm. I am doing okay now. I am guessing that she spooked. I don’t get a cast until 3 weeks abacuses of stitches and risk of infection so I have a splint.

Oh my goodness!!!!!!!! That's terrible!! must hurt so bad!!!

Please DON"T be sorry for not being online, we missed you but we care about your well being more than your post count. I hope you heal up quickly!!!!! *hugs without touching broken arm*

That must have been a really bad accident!!! 35 staples is a LOT, where'd you need them?

I think the one I usually ride is 13, 14, or 15 hands, but I don't really remember.
