Ok. Duh. Have you heard the phrase “you are what you eat?” I don’t eat people, so I’m obviously not a human.

No one is human.
No one eats human unless they are a cannibal, but that human cannot technically be considered a human because that human may not have eaten human. Therefore the cannibal cannot be considered a cannibal because they are not eating humans, and are not human because of that.
