Is that Bubbles or Jokgu?

Bubbles is the one with the blue leg band and a minion charm (because she’s a little minion and huge trouble maker) and yes that is Bubbles in the pic

Jokgu USED to have a green leg band, but she decided she didn’t like it and ripped it off (I don’t even know HOW. It was a ZIPTIE) so now she’s the hare-legged one
