I don’t have one rn. Any opinions on whether I should get one when I hatch my ducks? I’d have a heat lamp in my brooder for 2-3 weeks and then maybe put a heating pad in the coop while they’re still young

Use a heat plate. Safer, Better, And no annoying lights. Absolutely worth it

dude came to get chickens. didnt bring anything to put them in. I had to find boxes which is way harder than putting them in a dog crate. ended up tying their legs and putting them in the box while the 3rd person kept the box shut. lol.

then they didnt have exact change.

but anyway, roos gone!

two of the boys have spurs though, dang. I never noticed how sharp they were until I was holding the bird by his legs last night getting him off the perch.
