They exist in blue, splash, black, BB Red, & a few rarer colors such as white, khaki, chocolate, & platinum.

Clearly I need to work on my sumatra knowledge.

I need to work on my knowledge for a lot of things...yesterday (or was it this morning???) @HappyClucker7 informed me that araucanas are not rumpless in Australia.

My Sumatra cockerel has Triple Spurs.

I googled 'cochin chicken' because I needed a picture to make a point and umm....hello you can't just claim all feather footed chickens as cochins

The first few pictures on Google are correct and then the last are just a mess of other breeds.

Yep, sometimes they can have less, or more depending on quality.

Multiple spurs are a requirement for showing Sumatras.

Well... chickens and bantams are technically.... both chickens... so... you can technically make your list shorter....

I googled sumatra and clearly I could NOT show them, as I forgot that sumatra colors other than black exist

According to Mystery, there's a whole mess of other colors I've never heard about in the breed.
I figured bantams should be separate because I'd have them in a different coop.

Currently figuring out a safe place to put my computer to play music while I'm cleaning the coop. I don't want to put in in the shavings....maybe one of the boxes??

The biels with red leg bands are my pullets, which I knew it was possible for hens to have spurs.... but 5/6 of my pullets have them!!!

Loki, the cockerel, has always reminded me a bit of a Sumatra... with his tail. Pics of his spurs.
