if your anxiety is just being a butt, take a bunch of slow deep breaths in through nose, out through mouth (whenever SO makes me do this he always says 'I want to hear them' and then I make them over exaggerated like huffing and puffing and it's funny). its okay to be anxious. its okay to not want to do the homework. you can sit with the anxious feelings for a minute and tell yourself its OKAY to feel anxiety. and forgive yourself because you're not doing anything wrong. and then tell the anxious feelings that you are in charge and you arent going to listen to them anymore right now. you've got this.
