Lol. They’re great as of now. It’s 43° out plus it’s foggy so I don’t think they’ll get much free-range time in. The pullets are very flighty outside of the run. If someone just ruffles her feathers, one of the pullets will fly off and it will set off the rest of them. Joy and the BRs just watch, and I imagine they must be rolling their eyes .

The other day when the ice in my cup melted, everyone decided to drink out of it when I wasn’t looking. When Indigo came over, she knocked it down, and when she tried to getmore water out of it she was completely stumped! She couldn’t figure out HOW to get to it and she was scratching at the cupwith her feet, and pecking the glass

Still no eggs from this one but I’m hoping soon!

That’s hilarious! Most of my chickens could care less about what I’m carrying, unless it’s their feed bucket lol. But I have this one red sex link that is so curious about everything. There is no fear in that one. She’s the same one I took the plastic roach from and she attacked me afterwards! She follows me into the shed, all the others are scared to go in, because she knows that’s where the treats are.
And that last one does look like she will lay soon! Nice red comb and wattles.

I currently dont have any but I probably get two in a few years. Not sure what breed since I'm wanting to rescue them, but I've been looking at Netherland Dwarfs, Holland lops, Mini lops, Lionheads, and Mini Rex.
I'm going to build them a big bunny cottage since I cant have them free roam them inside. It'll look something like this

Of course they'll probably end up in my room when I'm working on school. I'll probably get them a big dog playpen for inside. I want to be able to bond with them a lot.

I made cookies last night!

Ooooooooh you legit made my mouth water like crazy just now. So jealous! I don’t make cookies and stuff like that. Like I said, only a box mix or some homemade chocolate chip cookies that take like 20 mins in and out. I’m sure I know how to do those in the pic, I just don’t do it much. They look so good!

I’m here now. I just woke up, I’ve got a cold. Not fun at all.

Oh No! I’m so sorry I know that’s not fun I got one in September through October. It’s just that time of year. This spring things will be a bit better...it’s almost here!!
