Ocular Merek's Disease.

My boy just looks like he has the beginning of cataracts.

My sister's EE a couple years ago had a grey spot in her eye, & it freaked me out, made me believe it was ocular Merek's until I got a good look. It turns out, she just injured her pupil on something. Now she's half blind, & has a permanent scar in it.
