Well how do you know which of your chickens laid the egg you find?

Well Tillie layed white eggs
and I saw Round Chicken in the nesting box earlier
but until I get a coop camera, I'm going to randomly assign the brown eggs

ooh i heard of it before!

I probably won't be great with it because unless I get four eggs in a day, I won't know who laid the brown ones
I saw Round Chicken in the nest box, so I know she did today
I assigned the other brown egg to Poppy
Maybe I'll get a camera for in the coop

i only have two RSLs so i can tell
and also if one lays pretty late the day before, they usually dont lay the next day

I ordered 1 Pekin, 1 Ancona, 1 Cayuga and 1 Swedish Blue
