They are a tropical species, so unless you live in the tropics or have a climate controlled enclosure, not recommended and especially not for beginners! They are picky eaters too!

That makes sense!! Probably best to admire from a far and leave to zookeepers, etc. ? they sure are pretty though!

If I do a big crochet project it would probably be a temperature blanket, where you pick a color for a set temperature range, and do one row each day. I'd use a really chunky yarn to make it easier lol
