So... a family friend is really really sick. I won’t get into the details, but she fell one day when her husband was at work, likely because she took too much pain medication (not on purpose, because she forgot she took it) and she was laying on the floor for hours. Because of that so much went wrong, her kidney failed (I think) and now she has a blood clot in her foot. Anyway, since she’s sick, they have her on a diet where she cannot eat anything with potassium in it. Well, normally this wouldn’t be an issue, but shes a vegetarian! And you know what vegetables have in them? TONS OF POTASSIUM!!!
