Oh that's a good one.

As an adult, watching YouTube videos on how to sew your finger back on, vs the bills a hospital visit would bring is a serious consideration.

Forsooth. Hospitals ain't cheap. I'll just make a cast for my broken leg with bandages and epoxy, how's that? I'm sure that it'll be fine. At least it won't cost several grand.
